This study surveyed innovative road transport solutions in Nigeria in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The studyemployed a mixed-method involving both qualitative and quantitative research. Principal component analysis andmultiple criteria analysis were used to analyse the data from questionnaires. The results show a high degree ofcompliance to safety and health protocols by road transport operators and road users, suggesting that this mayhave contributed to the effective management of the pandemic in Nigeria.
